Catering FAQ
All catering orders must be placed 72 hours beforehand. If you're past the deadline, please email us at info@francolinis.com and we will try to make something work!
All orders can be cut in thirds on platters or cut in half and wrapped.
Yes! You will have the option to add chips, water and or pralines. You can also choose to get each sandwich individually bagged.
Yes. We add a 10% gratuity to all catering orders.
Catering menu prices reflect the cost with oue house recipe 7 inch sub rolls baked by Ralph Brennan Bakery. For custom orders you can choose focaccia or gluten free bread for an upcharge
For sandwich platters, we recommend 2-2.5 pieces per person.
We offer delivery for $30.
Order pickups are available 10:30-11:30 or 2:45-4, everyday besides Tuesday.
Set Sandwich Platters
Party platters of our sandwiches, cut into thirds for easy sharing. All platters besides "The Upgrade" come on our sub rolls. No Substitutions allowed. If you'd like to create a custom platter please visit our "Custom Platter" section.
Set Group Lunches
Easily feed your krewe with set menus of our sandwiches that are cut in half and wrapped. You can add chips, drinks and or Pralines to make it a full meal as well as choose to have us bag it up individually to make a "boxed lunch".
Custom Platters or Custom Wrapped Sandwich Order
If you do not want to choose from our preset options, you can build your own order. Choose as many or as little sandwiches as you would like and then make sure to note if you want them cut in thirds on a platter, or cut in half and wrapped.
