For those of y'all who don't know about it, lemme explain.
We take an entire deli sized block of mozzarella cheese and cut it into 3/4 lb cheese sticks. We then batter and fry it, stuff it into a sub roll that's got pepperoni and Genoa salami on it, top it with vodka sauce and basil, and send you on your way.
It's a very polarizing sandwich. Some people love it. Others tore us apart on reddit for being a sandwich shop only worthy of tik toks.
We used to have it every Thursday but it became too much.
