This is the Mezzanotte - roasted eggplant marinated in balsamic vinegar, on top of our ricotta spread that's got lots of lemon zest, chili flakes and basil, and topped with a little blend of fennel and arugula mixed with olive tapenade. It's especially good on our focaccia.
