Happy school break!!! We've got an extra special special for y'all today.
@gonzosmokehouse and @scottposecai made us a special smoked Italian sausage. We're splitting it down the middle and searing it on the flattop. It's then topped with sauteed onions, a roasted sweet pepper medley that's got peppadews, roasted reds and bells, melted pepper jack cheese, and pepperoncini aioli. It's called The Scotty, cause duh.
