Just in case you didn't know, we roast all of our turkey in house!
It's brined and patted down in our house rub. We then roast it and slice it a little on the thicker side so you can taste that it's *actually* turkey and not some mystery deli poultry.
I was very hesitant to put a turkey sandwich on our menu to begin, but I will admit that I'm glad we did!
We've got two different options now, The Florence and the Alfie (pictures on slide two). While not exactly Italian, it's a great option if you want something light and fresh. It's got our turkey with havarti, sweet pickles red onions, pesto, cranberry mustard and arugula in our citrus vinaigrette.
