Well. This is pretty cool. This lil deli was featured alongside four other awesome places in the September issue of @foodandwine magazine highlighting 5 sandwich spots across the country. Pretty surreal, as making any form of list or national publication wasn't even CLOSE to being on the bucket list when opening up. The goal was simply to open a good neighborhood spot that serves quality sandwiches. It's super humbling to be included in this list and I'm really grateful for those of y'all who have tried us and been a fan! I must make a note though, and say that I am *by no means* a chef. However, I'm super lucky that I have some great chefs working here, executing my vision. If we prepped cutlets at the restaurant the way I personally do at my house, it would take a week to get a batch done 😂. So big fat shout-out to the crew who makes all my crazy ideas come to fruition. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 💚💚 (Open today for online orders only cause it's Wednesday. They open at 10:30!)
