One of our Creole Tomato sandwich specials in all her glory. The Dolly may sound simple, but she's actually the staff favorite on the special menu. We wanted to take the classic ham/cheese/tomato sandwich and put a fun lil spin on it.
This one has our Calabrian chili pimento cheese (if you haven't tried it you're missing out, thanks @teedertotter ) , thick slices of Creole tomato topped with a heavy sprinkle of salt & pepper, prosciutto cotto, and shredded lettuce in house vin.
It's a perfect summer sandwich.
